These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at datosiq.com and any related pages, content, and features (collectively, the “Site”) operated by DATOS, a DBA of Iconic Marketing LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“DATOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Relationship to Other Agreements

These Terms govern your general use of the Site only. If you purchase or use our data and analytics services, those services are governed separately by the DATOS Terms of Service (the subscription terms you accept at checkout). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the DATOS Terms of Service regarding the paid services, the DATOS Terms of Service control for those services.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
