By using the Site or the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to information we collect through the Site and in the course of providing our Services. Our Services involve the processing of data on behalf of business clients. This Policy governs our own collection and handling of information.
2. Information We Collect

We use these technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Site and to understand how visitors engage with it.
2.3 Information From Third Parties
In delivering our Services, we work with data sources and technology partners that provide consumer and business data. We may receive information from these sources to provide, maintain, and improve the Services. Our processing of such data on behalf of clients is governed by our agreements with those clients and our underlying data partners.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the Services;
- Process subscriptions, payments, and account administration;
- Respond to inquiries, demo requests, and support requests;
- Communicate with you about your account, the Services, and relevant updates;
- Monitor and protect the security and integrity of the Site and the Services;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect how the Site works. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before placing non-essential cookies.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell the personal information you provide to us through the Site for our own marketing purposes. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, and analytics, subject to confidentiality obligations;

6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods for data processed on behalf of clients are governed by our client agreements.
7. Security
The DATOS platform is built on and operates through SOC 2 compliant infrastructure provided by our underlying technology partner. DATOS aligns its own internal data handling practices with SOC 2 principles and maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. DATOS does not represent that it (or Iconic Marketing LLC) independently holds a SOC 2 certification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of certain processing such as the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Residents of California and certain other states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jason@datosiq.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We will continue to monitor developments in this area.
10. Children’s Privacy
