How does IMPRINT actually identify visitors?+
As users browse your site, the IMPRINT logs their online behaviors, IP addresses, and browser data. It matches this data against DATOS' robust database of over 300 million consumer and business profiles. The IMPRINT resolves the visitor's identity, pulling data points such as name, verified email, phone number, physical address, and associated social media profiles.
I already have a pixel setup on my site from Google, how is IMPRINT different?+
Yes, Google (GA4) and Meta have pixels that you can create to place tags on visitation or for campaign tracking. What we do is identify visitors by their digital fingerprints who are actively shopping and why. They're both in the website world, but very different. We don't know why these things are named the same word but mean different things, we missed the meetings where we wanted to vote against it. That's why we call ours, IMPRINT.
How fast is the set up time?+

What if a record is not 100% accurate?+
We did an independent (and SOC 2 compliant) audit of our data and found that we have a 95% accuracy fingerprint rate, minimum. The only reason a record wouldn't be accurate is if the digital fingerprint is inaccurate. Sometimes you get fired from a job and don't update your LinkedIn profile, so it shows you still work there. You're too embarrassed to change it. These things happen, in fact, they happen 5% of the time. Most people and shoppers regularly update their web presence.
How is IMPRINT different from other visitor data companies like RB2B?+
First off, how dare you. Secondly, thank you for asking. Most of these other companies deliver an alert when someone visits your site and provides their name if they have it.
