Where does the INSIGHTS data come from?+
We'll try to keep it simple. It comes from aggregating digital fingerprints from active shoppers. The more active you are online, the more enriched your digital fingerprint is. We gather those fingerprints and cross reference them with how and what they're shopping for on search consoles, AI, and even social media searching. From there, we gauge their intent on how active they are shopping or researching for a specific topic interesting to your business, and provide those records.
Is INSIGHTS just another ZoomInfo?+
Uh, no. ZoomInfo is a database. They aggregate records and enrich them over time. Our CEO is in their database as being in a role and company from 9 years ago. It's great. We are not a database. We don't sell leads. Our records are active shoppers, looking for solutions that you provide and are currently in market and ready for your marketing and sales strategy to get to work.
Can I export INSIGHTS data to my CRM, Ad Platforms, or Dialer?+
Yes, you can create any automation you need, much like using Zapier. Full integration into whatever tool you use is available (as long as it's not weird and made by your nephew or something). What if a record is not 100% accurate?+
Preposterous! But it does happen. Up to 5% per thousand records-ish. If the digital fingerprint records are not up to date, because the shopper hasn't updated their web presence in over a month, some things might be missing. The other 95% of the time, shoppers like you and me, are pretty on top of our social media profiles, email use, and other activities we do online.
How is INSIGHTS different from Bombora or 6sense?+
Neither solution is bad, but we are different. Bombora, for example, only focuses on the B2B market. We provide both B2B and B2C. 6sense uses AI to predict when a shopper might be ready to buy and where.
